A professional accountant since 2001, Johanne has several years of experience at the Canada Revenue Agency, including processing objections in the Appeals Directorate and preparing technical documents in the Income Tax Rulings Directorate.
She also worked for a few years as a tax services manager for a large accounting firm. Her role was to advise clients, accompany them during tax audits or objections, review income tax returns prepared by employees and prepare more complex returns.
During all these years, she was also responsible for reviewing various technical reports and publications.
